Our firm represents both employers and employees in all areas of labor and employment law involving litigation, counseling and advice, and related issues. We have handled several discrimination claims in both state and federal court, under both the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and have appeared in numerous matters before the local Labor Commissioner on wage and hour issues. We have also successfully defended many discrimination and other employment claims on summary judgment, on behalf of both private and public employers.
